Amenities include 20 acres to explore, 50 - 30 - 20 Amp service, free wifi, 4 fishing/swimming piers, city water, sewer/septic, laundromat, community center, additional parking. Come enjoy good, clean fun sunning, swimming, fishing, camping, water or jet skiing, boating, hiking for the whole family. Something for everyone!

We want to be your favorite destination for lake front camping, fishing, swimming, & boating. Having a lot of good times is what our business is all about. We are located on the west side of Lake Palestine, a 26,000 acre paradise of excitement and exploration in East Texas.

Owners, Jeff and Belle have traveled the world while Jeff was a Naval Officer. Now retired, we hope to provide all of the hospitality that we have experienced in our travels abroad.

Fishing Report from TPWD (Feb. 19)

SLOW. Water slightly stained; 50 degrees; 0.89 feet above pool. Fishing has slowed due to the arctic blast. Target all species in the creek channels and drop-offs or ledges near shallow areas utilizing a very slow approach.
